Kaitlin Clark

Kaitlin H. Clark is a Junior Partner at Killgore Pearlman, P.A., with more than two decades of experience in the legal profession and an established background in civil litigation. Admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Kaitlin represents clients in matters throughout Florida and brings extensive experience handling cases from initial evaluation through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, hearings, and trial.

Kaitlin’s practice includes first- and third-party insurance defense matters, with experience involving automobile and auto liability claims, first-property-related matters, and other civil disputes. She represents insurers, employers, businesses, individuals, and other clients in the defense of claims and litigation.  Kaitlin focuses on efficiently evaluating liability exposure, managing risk, and advancing each matter toward a favorable resolution. Her insurance defense experience includes matters involving State Farm [Fire and Casualty Company], as well as representation undertaken at the request of insurers such as Liberty Mutual, Travelers, Safeco, Auto Owners’ and major insurance carriers to protect their interests throughout the litigation process.

Throughout her career, Kaitlin has developed substantial litigation, deposition, negotiation, and courtroom experience. She is skilled in evaluating complex factual and legal issues, developing case strategy, conducting and defending depositions, negotiating settlements, and advocating for clients at trial. Her broad civil litigation background allows her to effectively manage matters at every stage while adapting her approach to the particular needs, objectives, and risk considerations of each client.
