David Stokes

David Stokes is an Associate Attorney at Killgore Pearlman, P.A., where he focuses his practice on automotive and construction litigation and is licensed to practice law in Florida.

David’s experience across diverse practice areas, including dependency, criminal, civil, HOA, and condominium law, has strengthened his skills in case investigation, courtroom advocacy, legal research and writing, and dispute resolution.

David earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law, along with a Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Education from the University of Central Florida.

 He brings a thoughtful, research-driven approach to advocating for clients in complex legal matters.
